As we work with us, the investor will be consulted in detail and adequately about the services of the I.F.D Group, and we also present clearly from the beginning of the agreement to use the service between the two parties (prices, form of payment, delivery…)

When both parties reach consensus, we will proceed to provide the service as agreed.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment time and value: the time and value of payment is 2 parties to the 100% payment agreement when using the service.
  • Payment method: Payment by cash or bank transfer.

After you confirm your use of the service, I.F.D Group confirms and proceeds according to customer’s request.

Project Collection regulations:

When testing the workload completion, the investor must thoroughly examine the volume and quality of the work, then sign the Test record.

The investor information is strictly committed to confidentiality in accordance with the company’s customer information protection policy. The collection and use of information by each investor is only carried out with the consent of the investor, except in special cases under the provisions of the law.

Do not transfer, provide or disclose the investor information to any 03 parties without consent from the investor.
